Dear Families,

What an amazing Year 6 Open Evening! We were fully booked, and it was fantastic to welcome so many prospective students and their families into our school.

A huge thank you to all our staff who helped make the evening such a success, and a very special thank you to our brilliant student tour guides and helpers. They represented our school at its very best; confident, welcoming and rightly proud of their school. Thank you, too, to their families for letting us borrow them for the evening. If they were a little more tired than usual the next morning, we’ll take the blame!

You may also have noticed that our newsletter has had a redesign. This is directly in response to feedback from our families. We’ve simplified the format to make it quicker and easier to find the information that matters, including clubs, Students of the Week and upcoming events.

This is just the start. We’ll continue to make further improvements based on your feedback, and we’d really like to know what you think of the new style, as well as what else you would find useful.
